  • Why is my order taking too long?

Your order is being shipped directly from the manufacturer. The shipping times might be delayed due to the outbreak ( COVID-19) , we can’t assure you that you will receive your order in the exact time mentioned in the shipping page or below.

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped , we will send you a confirmation e-mail that will include your order’s tracking number. In case you didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail, please feel free to contact us at support@leozy.ga .

  • How long does it usually take for my order to arrive?

For all orders placed using LEOZY website will be processed within the first 24 hours. Afterwards, you may expect your order to arrive anytime from 20 – 40 days. In case you didn’t receive your order within that time, please feel free to contact us at support@leozy.ga .

  • How long does it take to get a response from the LEOZY customer support team?

We try our very best to respond to your inquiries and complaints as soon as possible, but it may take up to 24 hours.
